*  Send email introductions to all parties.

*  Verify documents are properly executed by all parties.

*  Ensure escrow has been opened and all parties have    

     received the appropriate documents.

*  Follow up on loan approvals.

*  Confirm and verify appraisal has been ordered.

*  Prepare and send Addendums for signatures.

*  Create and maintain calendar of events and task list.

*  Ensure all disclosures are complete.

*  Schedule and follow up on inspections, walk-through’s,

    closings, and any other appointments.

*  Obtain Finance Commitment on or before due date.

*  Monitor compliance with contract terms and deadlines.

*  Prepare Fuel Proration (if applicable)

*  Order final water reading (if applicable)

*  Coordinate tasks with co-broke agent and title company.

*  Request excess overage check from Agents accounting

    department to bring to closing

*  Upload documents, reports, and disclosures to Dotloop

*  Attend Assisted Showings - For security and to hand out pre-approved promotional materials
*  Attend Open Houses - For security and to hand out pre-approved promotional materials - all leads are referred back to the listing agent
*  Attend Appraisals
*  Attend Home Inspections
*  Obtain Documents at Town/City Hall
*  Meet Photographer
*  Traveling NH Notary Public
*  Obtain client 'wet' signatures in person
*  Pick up Radon Test

*  Attend Smoke Cert Inspection
*  Pick up & Deliver Escrow
*  Take Picture of Fuel Gauge(s)
*  Attend Walk Thru and Closing
